Early Cinco De Mayo: A Mensa Fiesta was held in Gaithersburg May 2-4, 2008.

pool/hot-tub parties, chocolate orgy, Fishbowl, and three tracks of great programs, plus round-the clock Hospitality and games.

Membership Renewals are Past Due - Renew Today If You Have Not!
Your Mensa membership expired at the end of March unless you have renewed. You can renew quickly and easily online at the American Mensa website. If your membership expired, you'll be missing out! No Mensa magazine, no CAPM newsletter, missing events.... Don't be left out when renewing is so easy!
New Members Open House - A Monthly Gathering
The May New Members Open House will be held Sunday, May 25, from 2-5 PM in Wheaton, MD.
Please check your CAPM for details. Potential new members are always welcome and encouraged to attend. See the CAPM or contact any current officer or member for more information and directions.

They include an RG, a Monthly Saturday Night Party, Comedy Night, Ideas, Gifted Kids Outing, Innovitation, Meeting of the Minds, Card and Games Night, Investment SIG, Gourmensans, World Affairs Discussion, Wine Tasting, Target Shooting, Science SIG, Parapsychology, several Luncheon Meetings, DC Happy Hour, and more! We're a very active group. Take a look at our monthly calendar summary and see if
there's something there for you. How about a local lunch meeting, a dinner group (say Gourmensans?), Film Fun, a Games Night, or Target Practice at a range in Fairfax. Or Cruising, Bridge, Comedy Night, World Affairs Discussion, or a Relationships study? We'd love to meet you! Don't see anything you like? The next ExComm meeting will be held at 7 PM Thursday, May 8 in Vienna, VA. Members are encouraged to attend.
Latest CAPM Newsletter Available for Download
The latest edition of the Capital M newsletter is available to be downloaded from
www.us.mensa.org/newsletters by Mensa members. - (You must sign in with your Mensa ID and password).
You can now request to be notified by e-mail when each month's newslettter is available for download. See the June 2007 CAPM for details.
Updated MWM Copious Code is now available online.
The ExComm approved an updated version of the Copious Code in October, 2007. This document is now available in PDF format for your reference and review. You may need to obtain and install the free Adobe PDF Reader to access the file.
MWM Members Handbook is now Available for Review and Comments.
The ExComm is busily updating the Member's Handbook. Please review the handbook, and send your comments, suggestions for improvement, and/or new articles for the handbook to Robert Chiasson at ChiassonDC@Verizon.net.

MWM and Maryland Mensa's "M-Counter Intelligence", was a great Joint RG!

MM and MWM hosted a great RG, with lots of fun for all!
It was held Memorial Day weekend, May 25-27, 2007 in Maryland at the Laurel West Holiday Inn.
